Didn't he post that rant in response to Kim calling him out (in this topic, I am pretty sure)?
She posted that on Twitter 2 Sept 2022 as a screengrab from her post here. He was responding directly to that, but the wording about him getting new lawyers, appealing, filing in a new court or jurisdiction, going to Australia, etc. was what was notable. I know this guy from back from when he was posting here, and had his case been going the way he had wanted it to, he would have made a more immediate threat and had gleefully rubbed it in. That rant was from a man who knew he'd have to file elsewhere to keep up the charade of pursuing justice.
I suppose the anger came from not only looking like the fool, but possibly having to spend more time and money on lawyers.
It seems he got another mini bounce from a begging banner in the last few days. But the trend is still inexorably downwards.
He must have sounded the alarm somewhere, perhaps in his Whatsapp group or discord. For another full-on begging stunt, it didn't amount to much. This was a man who gained over 100 patrons in two weeks once a few years back because he was bitching on Twitter about being demonetised. He doesn't have that kind of pull anymore and people are becoming desensitised to his constant pleas. When he just lost 30, gaining 13 after yet another attempt demonstrates why he's continually bleeding. Instead of looking at this problem holistically, he seems to be of the opinion that strategically placed begging stunts are going to get him back to where he wants. He's continually scraping the bottom of the barrel for support, and the goodwill shown him is starting to really wear thin.

Here’s what I am interested in: On the Croatia subreddit thread pr0ner started, there was a comment from someone who evidently had access to the rulings. They stated that the case had a judgement in August 2022. Here‘s how the filings read to the public:
30.8.2022 - JLE
4 Sept. 2022 is when LE released that three page rant about how if the court case fails, he’ll appeal or file in another court for the next 40 years if he has to. Something REALLY made him irate, and since it was only 5 days after he filed something in court. LE stating that he’s going to continue no matter what seems to be directly related to what was happening round that time. He wouldn’t have made those extrajudicial threats if everything was proceeding as he had intended.
16.09.2022 - UPS - This is interesting. Who or what is “UPS” and I don’t mean United Parcel Service. There are not many first names in any language that begin with U. Umberto? Was this some court administrator code, with the “S” standing for Sisak?
It seems to be in response to the JLE filing of 30.08.2022. Did Karlo Novosel tell Jabba the Hutt last August the case would not be heard, and in his anger and panic he filed some sort of motion on his own for reconsideration on 30.08.22?

I’m gonna guess that the court has no standing given the defendants locations.
That’s my guess too. I seriously doubt they are going to even look at the “evidence” presented. They will stop after finding a lack of jurisdiction, esp considering he’s attempting to hold foreign nationals criminally responsible for the “crime” of being mean to him on the internet and trying to apply a Croatian criminal code that is inapplicable.
His reaction to it is also a game worth playing. He’ll rail about the injustice of it all and how the M7 got away with the crime of the century because they do not live within the borders of Croatia. He’ll imply that the case would be successful if he had the money to hire counsel in all 4 countries. Then in his best Atticus Finch impression, he’ll suggest that there needs to be an international convention on internet harassment/defamation negotiated in The Hague.
He’ll then struggle to affix the word “criminal” to the M7. Perhaps sneaking in the past tense, as in they “were criminal defendants”.
Ever notice that he always fails in situations where he does not have complete control over? -

I’m curious as to if he’ll follow suit, as in posting an old video and make commentary on it. His subs… we all know most of those are not active. I’d say he has about 1/4th of that number.

I like the early start on this in order to draw in more participants. But I think people should have the right to change their predictions by the 28th (26th for February). There are a lot of things that can happen during any given month such as the release of the court docs or a new begging video that gives him a small spike, thus throwing the numbers off.
With that said, assuming he is still in the low 460s or high 450s, put me down for the very Rutherfordian number of 429. (Cedars1929, Cedar Point convention 1929, etc.)

I’m sure he is. I’d be at a loss too as to how to reverse this trend. He needs to look at this from a holistic approach rather than assume they all dropped because he missed the August Patron calls.
The answer is clear. His reputation is shit and his constant begging and going on holidays lends credence to the fact that he’s in this to get paid. Once people understand they are funding a man and his business, the emotional connections to him and his channel evaporate.

So if you take his peak number of 492 and then today's 456, he's actually lost 36 in a month. I'm sure he'll get a few back over the weekend but damn.
The problem for him is that he's attempting to fundraise off 2019-2021 era Lloyd Evans. It was the end of 2018 that he appeared on the Remini show and he'd effectively milked that, the media appearances, the world famous Croatian earthquake, the TTATT documentary and staged YT demonetisation panic tweets all the way until early 2022.
That version of him doesn't exist anymore. And the numbers are self-correcting as people who had joined recently were going off his reputation as the go-to exJW source. People are discovering alternate and better content, and not insignificantly, ones who don't throw it in their viewer's faces that they think they're not being compensated enough.
His brand just isn't functioning anymore. What we are witnessing are people waking up to either the truth about him or simply exiting the community. Newly exiting JWs are coming onto YT and exJW special media and are not hearing great things about him. It will only get worse as the the truth about his lawsuit and "defamation" becomes clear with the release of court documents. You need to ask yourself, if you are a newbie and start asking about Lloyd Evans, what are you going to hear? What are you going to think when you hear a constant barrage of pleas for money, yet here he is going on two week holidays and claiming he's burnt out AFTER returning from the holiday?
He'll gain 4 or 5 during the month, then lose 25 to 30 at the end. Since he's lost 30 since the BB that T5 posted, it puts him at roughly 560 total YT and Patreon support combined, half way between his desired 620 and claimed minimum of 500.
I'd hate to be him right now. He pulled his best and only card out, played it, and now he's finding that it only bought him a few months. He's resorted to begging through the banners only to discover that his support is continually declining. The pool of supporters who believe he needs the money is shrinking and there has to be low morale in the ranks for a guy who's always shirking his promises about growing the channel.
